When you live with chronic pain, every day is an unknown. Not only is having an employee in chronic pain an ethical concern, but a workplace safety and productivity concern, as well. The Med-I-Well Pharmacists will work with employees suffering from chronic pain from a medication management stand-point, while the Health Coaches will work with the employee to discuss lifestyle choices that may improve their pain management.
