After working as a pharmacist in hospital, community pharmacy, drug formulary management, home care, research and long-term care for over 20 years, Lucio recognized a gap in the healthcare industry. Needing to make the connection between medication and wellness, while maintaining a commitment to being client centered, Lucio created what didn’t exist and founded Med-I-Well Services in 1998. Through his long-standing commitment to building genuine connections and rapport, Lucio has optimized workplace drug usage and improved the quality of life for many.

With her Professional Coaching Certification and her endless energy, Kristina engages in solution-focused conversations that are underpinned with research, and empower clients to live their best life. Managing all things Med-I-Well, Gregg keeps both the Wellness Team and the Medication Management Team driven and focused. A specialist in health economics, Gregg brings a skilled perspective to analyzing corporate drug data and expenditures to improve drug plan cost effectiveness and ultimately, sustainability. Gregg’s background blends both corporate and industrial experience giving him a unique viewpoint that is drawn upon by the rest of the team when driving new programs and initiatives.
A hometown Sudburian, Nancy returned to her roots after completing her Pharmacy schooling and has been a staple of the Med-I-Well team ever since. Combining her strengths in pharmacy consulting and passion for educating, Nancy plays an integral role in the Med-I-Well medication management program. Rooted in her compassion for others, Nancy approaches medication consulting and client education with expertise and empathy for those that she is serving.
Vickie is dedicated to caring for patients and their medication-related needs. In addition to providing patient-centered pharmaceutical counseling and consulting, she sees herself as an active member of her clients’ healthcare team and a passionate advocate for medication safety. Vickie actively encourages clients towards their best health outcomes and has pursued training in smoking cessation, insomnia education, and chronic disease management to provide comprehensive advice on non-drug approaches that complement medication therapy.
With a background in retirement home and long-term care pharmacy, management and consulting in Northern Ontario, Patrick is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to pharmacy policies & procedures and medication management. Patrick's background working with dynamic interdisciplinary teams demonstrates his passion for thorough and collaborative therapeutic review. He translates his suggestions to prescribers, care teams, and their families to ensure drug-related problems are rectified appropriately and efficiently.
From the professional courts of South Korea to representing Canada at multiple World Championships, Toon is a pro-athlete turned Peak Performance Coach. Translating his 12-years of international on-court experience to occupational settings, Toon demonstrates his passion for optimizing movement, heightening mental fitness, and enhancing lifestyle to ensure safety and health are in the forefront for all occupational athletes. Toon's emergency management background and goal-driven mindset support his readiness to help others achieve excellence.
An empathetic health coach and an avid volunteer in our local community, Marty fully lives his core value of making a difference daily. Through actively engaging with clients, Marty’s mission is to maintain a “person over the problem” approach that drives solutions for independence and empowerment. As a skilled researcher and with an analytic mind, Marty helps workplaces collect, analyze and interpret health data to drive initiatives that are both cost-saving and happiness boosting.
With an in-depth knowledge of various physical therapy techniques, many years experience working with clients in all stages of osteoporosis and arthritis, in addition to various compensation injuries, Jessica’s highly specialized skills complement Med-I-Well Service’s multidisciplinary evidence-based approach to workplace wellness. Jessica has worked as a physiotherapy assistant/occupational therapy assistant in long term care and as a rehabilitation therapist in a private physiotherapy clinic, a career path that has strengthened her focus on breaking down the root cause of physical limitations and finding solutions to restore self confidence and mobility.
Taylor completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology has recently passed her certification exam to become a fully licensed Registered Kinesiologist. She is currently studying osteopathy.
Taylor has experience as a personal trainer and has worked with many practitioners to ensure all needs of the client are met. Taylor is very passionate about exercise and overall health and wellness. She uses a full body approach when assessing and working with clients, as the whole body works in unison. Her goal is to identify the cause of the problem/injury instead of only treating the effect.
After re-injuring the same problem areas, Taylor learned that healing took so much more than she thought. This is why she's studying osteopathy and now looks at the body as a whole, and the many factors that come in to play.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Sabine Campbell has worked with a multitude of clients over the years, helping them improve their health and wellbeing. Her mission is to encourage people to take ownership of their own health through education and applying Med-I-Well Service’s health and wellness philosophy and programs. Sabine recognizes the role that workplace wellness plays in our daily lives, as the average person will spend one-third of their lifetime at work. Specifically, a workplace wellness program delivers multiple benefits to employees and organizations, from helping to manage chronic disease and stress to boosting morale and employee engagement and reducing absenteeism, all leading to better productivity and lower turnover rates.
Abby is an energetic, bilingual Health Coach who is passionate about improving individuals’ functionality and overall quality of life through movement. Abby is a certified yoga instructor and has worked as an Athletic Trainer for the Laurentian men’s and women’s basketball programs. Her love of learning and knowledge dissemination is evident in her volunteer experience providing health care checkups in Guatemala with the Red Cross. Abby is a driven Health Coach who is determined to empower individuals to achieve their health goals through education and motivational coaching.
Emily believes in creating – creating initiatives for employees to engage and learn, creating original content that makes health and wellness approachable to everyone, creating chances for compassionate conversations, and ultimately helping employees create the lives they want to lead. Drawing on her background in health promotion, kinesiology, organizational culture and the aging process, Emily brings a holistic-research driven approach to creating workplace wellness initiatives that aim to have meaningful impact on the workforce.
Melany has previous experience in administration and human resources. She came to Canada from Honduras in 2020 to enrol in two graduate certificates, International Business and Project Management, at Cambrian College. She also holds a bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business.

About the Job
Reporting to the Director of Wellness, the Health Coach is a member of the multi-disciplinary Wellness Team and supports the development, delivery and monitoring of employee health and wellness programs in alignment with best practices, and departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
The Health Coach will be an ambassador of health and help individuals and organizations improve their health and well-being. The Health Coach will be asked to provide behaviour change coaching, lead group wellness presentations and stretching sessions, and use their expertise to develop programs to support the health of various organizations.
